May 2nd, 2009Saturday saw the only lay lose and therefore saw us win. Backing the winner in the 2000 Guines made the day for me. I hadn’t planned a bet however listening to William Hill radio confirmed a few thoughts and the winner was backed.
I highly recommend William Hill Radio, I know there are other internet stations available but the standard of general chat is outstanding.
tomorrow sees four lays for full subscribers and monday sees subscriptions re-opening.

May 1st, 2009Two selections today with one winning and one Non Runner. All said and done I’m very happy with how the week has gone. What does surprise me though is the number of lays varies substantially with a maximum of 8 some days and even no selections on certain days. Tomorrow a Saturday sees only one selection.

April 30th, 2009The long weekend last week really is taking its toll on me by now. Looking forward to a long weekend of doing mostly nothing.
Friday sees only 2 lays. These are posted to full subscribers; free daily subscribers receive their one lay as usual.
My wife asked me tonight why I send out the free lays. I told her that this was done simply to get people visiting this site and hopefully take out a subscription and if not possibly clicking one of the ads on the right, although it won’t get me rich it will continue to pay a contribution towards the running of the site.

April 28th, 2009Wesnesday sees 5 lays all after no lays today. It’s interesting to note that all the lays tomorrow are after 5pm.
I’ll be decided that I will be posting the full list of lays at the same time as the Free Daily lay as there hasn’t been a marked change in price from splitting the release times.
